Zaya Realty is a boutique real estate organisation specialising in luxury residential properties in the UAE. I wanted to recreate their current logo. I decided to make use of the word shape and create a logo using positive and negative space. Black is the colour I used as I felt it would look sleek but still have that 'luxury' feel.
